To: All leaders, MAC, OPSEU, CUPE 233
We are pleased to continue our learning series as part of the Future of Work project! How to Hybrid is a learning program to support leaders and employees enhance the skills needed for cultural transformation in a hybrid workplace. From your feedback and input at team meetings and learning events, we designed a program to meet your needs, keeping inclusion and wellbeing as top priorities.
This virtual learning series will be led by industry experts and campus partners. Each session offers practical strategies for effective ways to navigate conversations, to remain productive and healthy and to improve relationships with colleagues with extra time allotted in some sessions for you to have your questions answered. There are no prerequisites for any of these workshops.
We are excited to offer new sessions to the series and repeat some of last year’s favourites for those who missed them the first time around.
Get ready to learn how to build capacity and thrive in a hybrid work setting!
