About Us
For more than a decade, the Architectural Science Camp and Digital Creativity programs has been a core outreach initiative of Toronto Metropolitan University, developed to benefit both undergraduate students in Architectural Science and local community groups across the Greater Toronto Area. The program is intentionally structured around STEAM-based educational programming, offering sustained engagement with design, making, and problem-solving.
Net proceeds from the camp are reinvested directly into expanding and strengthening the camp itself, while also supporting TMU Architectural Science students through funding for student-led design-build projects. These initiatives enable undergraduates to design, detail, and deliver real-world projects, ranging from installations to community development work, providing meaningful experiential learning while generating tangible benefits for communities throughout the GTA.
Our Mission: Toronto Met Architectural Science Day Camps will celebrate each and every camper for who and what they are. We strive to make a meaningful and lasting contribution to the lives of our campers.
Each year, we see the tremendous growth and development that a summer camp experience can provide a child. Through active learning, it is our hope that each camper comes away with a greater sense of self-confidence, independence, and sense of belonging.
