About
NotebookLM is a source-grounded AI tool that helps users work with selected materials such as PDFs, websites, Google Docs, slides, YouTube videos, and notes. Using your TMU Google account, you can ask questions about uploaded sources, receive citation-linked responses, and generate learning supports such as study guides, FAQs, summaries, mind maps, quizzes, audio overviews, and other resources. In this 90-minute hands-on online workshop, instructors will explore how NotebookLM can support teaching preparation, course design, and student learning. We will also discuss responsible use, privacy, copyright, academic integrity, and practical classroom applications. No prior experience with NotebookLM or knowledge of AI is required. A laptop or desktop computer with stable broadband internet is required.
Facilitator
