Julia Pia brings a strong passion for mentorship and career development to the SciMentorship program at TMU. A graduate of TMU’s Chemistry program, Julia has dedicated her career to fostering inspirational opportunities for students and professionals. As the Founder and CEO of Ment Projects, she has created innovative products to modernize mentorship and enhance career development, including the Ment app and The Mentorship Podcast. Since joining SciMentorship in 2023, Julia has applied her expertise to make mentorship more accessible, and help students build meaningful connections, explore diverse career opportunities, and gain guidance on their academic and professional journeys.
