Rodney Yip
Rodney graduated with a degree in Computer Science in 1982. He retired from IBM Canada in 2015 after working in the IT industry for 33 years. His Toronto Metropolitan University (TMU) projects include the Indigenous Medicine Garden atop the Daphne Cockwell Health Sciences Complex, the Intraosseous Medication Infusion project with the Midwifery Education Program, and the Computational Public Safety Lab with the Department of Computer Science. He is a member of the Design Fabrication Zone as well as the Science Discovery Zone. He has worked on TMU outreach projects at the Ontario Science Centre and the Maker Festival. A thinker and tinkerer by nature, Rodney enjoys working on projects that propel TMU into the future.
