Following a distinguished 30-year career in the foodservice industry, Bill Dover launched his own consulting practice, Dover Hospitality Consulting, Inc. in 1992, specializing in the hospitality and agrifood industries, both domestically and internationally. Through his consulting practice, he provides services that include marketing, agri-food value chains, strategic planning, concept development and hospitality operations. Prior to starting his consulting business, Mr. Dover was Vice-Chairman of General Mills Restaurants, Canada. A past Chairman of both the Canadian Restaurant and Foodservices Association and the Canadian Hospitality Foundation, he is also a former International Director of the National Restaurant Association in the United States. Mr. Dover is also a member of the International Society of Hospitality Consultants, which selects its members from leading consultants who have demonstrated their integrity and are qualified by their experience, training and knowledge to develop and express sound judgment on hospitality industry issues.
