Tony Guglietti is the founder, owner and president of Townwood Homes, one of the original builders of two exemplary Canadian master-planned communities: Erin Mills in Mississauga and Springdale in Brampton. He was only 22 and a fresh university graduate when he helped build a large film processing plant in Brampton. Noticing that many industries were establishing in the small town, he realized that one day, home buyers would consider it an attractive community. He would later build 1,000 new homes on the site of the former Kodak Plant, through his firm, founded in 1974.  The company has since built thousands of homes, from luxury estate residences to affordable homes for first-time owners. Under his leadership, the company remains committed to leading-edge design, innovative construction and forward-thinking community concepts.
