The Design Fabrication Zone’s Start-Up Track is suited for start-ups, side hustles, and not-for-profits. Entrepreneurs seeking a path from idea to market across all disciplines are encouraged to apply. DFZ Start-Up candidates exhibit a commitment to solving pressing issues, possess a desire to innovate, and feature a motivated, receptive, and cooperative leadership team.
- Early stage ventures interested in applying must already have an initial product concept.
- All ventures must demonstrate a need for physical prototyping and development.
