Not able to attend our Women on Weight workshops or just need a little extra guidance? Then our POP-UP Women on Weights sessions are or you!

A female trainer is happy to:

  • Answer questions about weight training
  • Provide assistance with technique & form
  • Demonstrate how to use equipment properly & safely

Sessions run during Women’s Only Hours in the RAC weight room for maximum comfort.

Dates: Fridays on Sept 26, Oct 24 and Nov 28

Time: 10:30am to 12:00pm

No registration necessary.
