Yes, our summer room rentals are open to the general public.

How do I check-in/check-out? What time is the front desk open?
Please check-in/check-out at the front desk for the residence that you have booked. Our front desk is staffed 24 hours a day and a staff will be available assist you.
International Living/Learning Center (ILC)
- To enter the building, please use scan hotel key or use intercom
Pitman Hall (PIT)
- To enter the building, please use scan hotel key or use intercom
Daphne Cockwell Complex (DCC)
- To enter the building, please use scan hotel key or use intercom
- The DCC residence front desk/main floor is located on the 8th floor of the building.
What time is check-in? Is early check-in possible?
Check-in begins at 4:00pm. We will try to accommodate early check-ins after 12:00pm if the room is ready.
What time is check-out? Is late check-out possible?
Check-out is by 11:00am. Late check-out may be extended to 12:00pm if the room is not booked for another guest arriving on the same day.
The front desk offers complimentary day use luggage storage for all guests.
Can I use a Credit Card that does not belong to me?
All guests must check-in with a valid credit card under their name and a piece of government-issued identification. Third party credit cards are only accepted if the cardholder is onsite at check-in.
We ONLY accept debit cards and major credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, and American Express) for methods of payment at the front desk. Cash payments are not accepted.
Are linen and towels included? What about housekeeping?
Yes, linen and towels are included in all stays. Weekly housekeeping will be provided based on your room rate.
Will there be internet in my room?
We offer complimentary wireless internet (Wi-Fi) in all residences.
Will my room have a hair dryer or iron and ironing board?
Unfortunately, hair dryers or irons and iron boards are not available.
