Yuxuan Jiang

Yuxuan Jiang is an MD candidate at McMaster University. He earned his BSc in medical sciences with distinction from Western University and was in the Scholars Electives programme. Actively engaged in policy, Yuxuan has published multiple opinion editorials on COVID-19 strategy in the HillTimes, as well as an opinion piece in the British Medical Journal, where he proposed global health governance reforms in anticipation of a much more tumultuous century ahead. He looks forward to working with members of the council in fulfilling its mandate of advising on the establishment of a school of medicine in Brampton.
