Religious Studies
Ryerson's religious studies courses are categorized as Lower-Level Liberal Studies, and so all Ryerson undergraduate students are eligible to enroll in them.
These courses are sometimes offered through the Chang School of Continuing Education.

- Sherwin Nassernia, a student in Professor Florence Pasche Guignard's REL101: Introduction to Religious Studies, has won a Dean of Arts Liberal Studies Essay prize for his essay entitled “The Effects of Liturgical Vernacularizing: A Comparison of 13th Century Maharashtra Dharma and 16th Century German Protestantism.”
- Professor Florence Pasche Guignard was interviewed on the CBC Radio broadcast The Current, external link on the topic gender-reveal parties, a subject she published a scholarly article about, external link in 2015.
