Exequiel Cabanda

Exequiel Cabanda is a Lecturer at the Alice Lee Centre for Nursing Studies, Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore. He is a policy scientist specialising in health human resource policy, health worker mobility, and the intersections of health, migration, and higher education. He holds a PhD in Public Policy and Global Affairs from Nanyang Technological University and a Master of Arts from International Christian University, Japan. He previously served as a Research Fellow at the NUS Asia Research Institute, contributing to research on global nurse migration pathways, and has also served as a special issue editor for leading journals on migration and mobility.
