D2L is the current learning management system implemented for Ryerson. It offers various features to enhance classroom learning experiences. The features include:
- Configurable course content space: instructors can upload different types of content for students to access at any time. Please note the materials uploaded into D2L have to be copyright checked. The Library can help check copyright and have the materials available as course readings in D2L. See One-Stop Course Readings.
- Communication and collaboration tools: student emails, announcements, discussion forums and chats.
- Assignment management: assignment upload, tests, and grade centre.
Note: For courses which are delivered completely online or distance education, please contact the Digital Education Strategies at The Chang School.
