Carla Angulo-Pasel

Carla Angulo-Pasel is an Associate Professor in the Department of Political Science at the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley. Carla’s research areas include Latin American Politics, Critical Border Studies, and Gender and Migration. While at CERC Migration, she will be examining the effects of the externalization of migration management into Latin America through regional migration agreements and the commodification of migrant bodies.
