Yu Wei is a PhD student in Management at the Ted Rogers School of Management at Toronto Metropolitan University. Her interests include, but are not limited to, the innovation strategy of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the digital age within a global context, and the role of women entrepreneurship.
