 Chat

  • Chat support can be accessed by clicking the icon of Frankie B. Bold located in the bottom right of this window.
  • Live Agent support can be accessed by typing “live agent” within the chat window.
  • ServiceHub chatbot tips:
    • Ask your questions in full sentences.
    • Include the topic you are looking to address for context.
    • Avoid specific details such as class start times or financial information. These can be found in your MyServiceHub account.

 In-Person Support

  • ServiceHub is located on the first floor of the Podium Building (POD-150)
  • Building access is by OneCard only. 
  • If you do not have a OneCard, use the intercom at the entrance located near the corner of Victoria St. and Gould St. to request access from Campus Security.

OSAP advisors available in-person May 5 to 14, 2026

OSAP advisors will be available at the ServiceHub Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from Tuesday, May 5 to Thursday, May 14, 2026.
