Unconventional Pathways of Entrepreneurship Panel with The Fashion Zone at TMU
The Fashion Zone’s Fall Networking Night invites members and TMU students to explore the CIS, meet teams and advisors, and explore potential opportunities for collaboration. Join us for a panel discussion from FZ alumni as they share their experiences in business to inspire the next generation of entrepreneurs.
In light of the Zone Learning Global Entrepreneurship Week, we wanted to host a welcoming event for current members and TMU community to network with other teams, advisors & EiRs, and alumni. This open house is for TMU community members to learn more about the Fashion Zone, focusing on providing students opportunities to meet teams and industry, and explore potential collaborations. We hope this panel can attract TMU students interested in entrepreneurship who may apply in the future, and establish the FZ as the go-to hub for aspiring fashion entrepreneurs.

Sustainability Stream - B Corporations
B Corps represent a movement of entrepreneurs who are proud of their companies’ positive impact, whether it’s improving the livelihoods of their workers, strengthening their community ties, or revolutionizing current green practices! The common thread linking Certified B Corps is that they define success as more than money – and they measure it using the B Corp assessment.
Using a free, confidential online tool based on the B Corp assessment at the Fashion Zone, you will learn how to develop novel metrics of success by measuring your company’s current impact in the following areas: governance, employees, community, and environment.
Date: Wednesday November 23rd
Time: 5:00-6:30 pm
