ThriveTMU
ThriveTMU uses concepts from the field of Positive Psychology to provide training and resources for wellbeing. Using resilience strategies such as mindfulness, gratitude, and optimism, self-compassion, and grit, we can work to increase our life satisfaction, happiness, self-efficacy, confidence and wellbeing.
Our holistic learning strategies empower you to prioritize learnable skills, focusing on sustained attention, well-being, connectedness, and agency. By addressing wellness as essential to academic success, fostering relationships, and rebuilding focus, we create a balanced foundation for effective learning.
This approach equips you with accessible tools to make intentional, self-directed choices that support both personal and academic growth. And most importantly, you get the opportunity to connect with other students.
