Fall ADHD - Specific Cohort

In this supportive space, you will learn practical skills tailored to your unique needs, such as time management, focus techniques, and strategies for navigating academic challenges. You will also learn strategies to manage your emotions, pace yourself, and the importance of exercise, sleep and self-care as stress management. Beyond individual skills, the program emphasizes community-building, where you can connect with peers who share similar experiences, providing a platform for mutual support, encouragement, and shared growth.

Program Highlights:

-  Duration: 4 weeks (September 17 - October 8)

- Sessions: Thursdays 11:00 am- 12:30 pm EDT

- Format: In-person Podium 363

Session 1 (Sept 17): Managing Stress, Organization and Chunking 

Session 2 (Sept 24): Sleep, Exercise, Motivation, and Time Blocking

Session 3 (Oct 1): Self-Compassion, Coping, and Building Accountability

Session 4 (Oct 8): Setting Priorities and Pacing Yourself
