Salesforce is a customer relationship management platform used for engaging customers, tracking data and providing support. 

 

Here in TRSM, we used Salesforce to achieve the following:

 

  1. Maintain a database of all students at TRSM, enabling staff to interact with students and keep track of important information relating to that students educational journey. 
  2. Keep track of external contacts related to TRSM such as alumni, donors and co-op companies 
  3. Send out marketing emails through Salesforce’s marketing cloud and maintain a record of metrics associated with these marketing campaigns
  4. Host events through our Blackthorn platform
  5. Provide appointment scheduling to streamline the student support process
  6. Track student engagement in TedPacks with TedPoints
  7. Chat bots hosted on website to provide 24/7 support for students
