Angela White is an award-winning leader known for advancing equity, inclusion, culture transformation, and organizational strategy across technology, financial services, and sports and entertainment. ​

As Senior Director of EDI at MLSE, she leads the enterprise EDI Centre of Expertise, driving accountability, inclusive practices, and strategic partnerships that strengthen culture and embed equity into business priorities and KPIs. ​

Before MLSE, Angela spent 18 years at RBC in senior roles across sales leadership, strategy, D&I, and organizational effectiveness, shaping inclusive programs, leading high‑impact teams, and elevating cultural competency across the organization.​

A recognized community leader, she serves on multiple boards and advisory groups contributing strategic insight and advocacy.  As a mentor, she is committed to empowering underrepresented youth and fostering the next generation of inclusive leaders.
