Anuj Singh

Vice President, Partnership Consultant, State Street Financial

Anuj Singh is a seasoned financial services executive with over 15 years of leadership experience across global operations, strategic partnerships, and inclusive talent development. He currently serves as Vice President and Partnership Consultant at State Street Financial, where he is seconded to the Investor Leadership Network (ILN). In this role, Anuj provides strategic and operational support across ILN’s global advisory committees, including Talent & Culture, Climate Change, Private Capital Mobilization and Communications.

Throughout his career, Anuj has held progressive leadership roles, most recently as AVP & Canada Lead for Securities Valuation, overseeing a 100+ member operation across Toronto and Montreal. He has contributed to global initiatives impacting over 500 associates across 10 countries and played a key role in expanding State Street’s Montreal operations for Securities Valuation.

Anuj is deeply committed to equity and inclusion, having chaired and co-chaired multiple global and national initiatives such as the Grant-Making Committee, Global Inclusion, Diversity & Equity Committee and the Disability & Inclusion Network Americas. He has led transformative projects including unconscious bias training for global leaders and inclusive leadership development for over 5,500 professionals.

In addition to his corporate leadership, Anuj plays an active role in both teaching and community mentorship. He serves as a sessional instructor at Sheridan College’s Pilon School of Business and acts as a mentor through organizations such as WoodGreen Community Services, VersaFi (formerly WCM) and the Ivey Career Connections Program. He also serves on an advisory council at George Brown College’s Centre for Business and previously participated in advisory councils at the Pilon School of Business at Sheridan College and the International Economics & Finance Program (Department of Economics) at Toronto Metropolitan University.

Anuj holds an Executive MBA from Ivey Business School, a Chartered Investment Manager designation, and certificate of Business Communications from the University of Toronto SCS.
