Overview

Dr. Liang (Arthur) Li research focuses on a critical intersection in the field of international business—the managerial micro-foundations of control, coordination, and organizational evolution within subsidiaries of multinational enterprises (MNEs).

Prior to joining the faculty at the Ted Rogers School, Arthur served as an Assistant Professor in International Business & Strategy at the Henley Business School, University of Reading. He earned his PhD in International Business from the Ivey Business School, Western University, and holds an MBA from the Vlerick Business School. 

Arthur brings extensive industry and management expertise to his academic endeavors. He co-founded an import and export trading company and has held the role of subsidiary general manager in several large MNEs. Currently, he serves as an executive board member at the Academy of International Business, Canada Chapter.
