POMS 2026

Welcome to POMS 2026! We are delighted to host the 54th Physical Organic Mini-Symposium at Toronto Metropolitan University. This website (and registration) is live (see tabs below), but constantly being updated - so please check back regularly. The Abstract and Registration deadlines are November 2, 2026!

We invite students and postdoctoral researchers from across Ontario and Quebec (and beyond) to share their work with our community. Contributions spanning physical organic chemistry and its intersections with materials and polymer chemistry, photochemistry, and related fields are warmly encouraged. Faculty are also encouraged to join us, but beyond the invited lectures, the focus for oral presentations are on our HQP and their work.

We are going to try and accommodate everyones presentation request, but depending on demand, some talk requests may be converted to poster presentations. For abstract submission we are going to use Google Forms with an Abstract Template.
