Areas of ExpertiseResponsible for supervising, managing, and leading the Social Work Field Education Team; Supports and guides daily operations in the Field Education Office; Provides leadership and support to Faculty Consultants and Field Instructors; Supports the Field Education Team to prepare Field Instructors for the responsibility of field instruction; Works with community partners to develop innovative placement programs that respond to current trends in social services; Supports planning and development of policies and procedures related to field practicum, including evaluation and research; Chairs the Field Education Committee and Field Education Task Force; Co-chairs the Association of Ontario Social Work Field Education Directors (AOSWFED).
