Overview

Zachary Robichaud is a TMU alumnus and faculty member in the School of Retail Management at Toronto Metropolitan University. His current research focuses on generational cohort participation in the smart/digital marketplace, smart retail integrations, and ethical/sustainable consumption. His research has gained recognition at global conferences and has been published in reputable peer-reviewed journals such as International Journal of Retail & Distribution Management, Journal of Global Scholars of Marketing Science, and The British Food Journal. Before joining TMU, Zachary worked for over 10 years in fashion and retail-related industry roles.
