How to View My Transfer Credit Report
This tutorial is for undergraduate and graduate students.
For Continuing Education student tutorials, please refer to the Continuing Education Academics page.
The Transfer Credit Report displays your official transfer credit results. An acknowledgement will be sent to your university email confirming your applications have been processed by Toronto Metropolitan University (TMU).
Applications are processed:
- After you accept your Offer of Admission
- After May 1: if you are admitted for the upcoming fall term
Pending Transfer Credit Applications can be viewed by undergraduate students from most Canadian institutions, within five business days of applying online.
Pending Transfer Credit Applications will not appear for international courses, certificate students or graduate students. Final results will be posted to your report after decisions are made by faculty within six to eight weeks of a complete application being received and processed.
The online application is available in the MyServiceHub tab of my.torontomu.ca, opens in new window. To access my.torontomu.ca, you will first need to activate your online identity.

Pending Transfer Credit Applications
Pending applications for undergraduate students from most Canadian institutions will appear as No Rule in the Status column, if the external course was not previously reviewed by TMU.
The Outline Status column confirms when a suitable course outline for No Rule applications has been received. Submit course outlines as soon as possible for evaluation.
Official Transfer Credit Results
Official transfer credit results will display in the Course Credits section and have a status of Granted or Denied.
Note: Applications for which official grades could be confirmed will appear on the Transfer Credit Report.
You will receive an Incomplete Transfer Credit Application email, if additional information such as transcripts or more detailed course outlines are required.
The Comments section may include additional information on your Transfer Credit Applications, including appeal decisions, denied comments and/or adjustments.
A set is where more than one course is used to grant a TMU transfer credit, or more than one credit is granted for one course.
