In-person Conference

The one-day virtual conference offers a combination of panel discussions, keynote speakers, networking events, workshops and sessions. This year’s keynote speaker features Rachel Wong and Istiana Bestari, Co-Founders of Monday Girl; the first-of-its-kind digital networking platform in North America made for women, by women. Other workshops to be determined. 

Attendees will have the opportunity to attend their choice of two (2) workshops out of four offered on Day 1 of the RWiL Conference. These workshops will include:

1. Hoame Mindfulness Session with Microcredential offered to Ted Rogers MBA Students,
2. Transforming Conflict to Create Belonging Abundant Cultures and Resourcing Ourselves for Equity Work,
3. Mindful Leadership in the Modern Office and Harassment in the Workplace, and
4. AI, consulting and leveraging your network with Tashuka Shah (Monday Girl Ambassador).
