The Reimagining Women in Leadership (RWIL): Conference & MBA Case Competition was conceived and presented by the Ted Rogers MBA program. It strives to bring together MBA candidates and industry professionals from diverse backgrounds to exchange ideas on socially relevant business issues and topics related to women in leadership. The inaugural event was launched in March 2021 before International Women’s Day and has been an annual occurrence ever since.
