Outdoor Bookable Spaces

TMU has several outdoor spaces that can be booked for conferences, workshops and other events. When these spaces aren't booked, they're open for anyone to enjoy, whether you want to relax, study, connect with others or get your steps in. Spaces include:

• Kerr Hall Quad
• PIT Residence Quad
• Gould Street Pedestrian Zone
• Lake Devo
• Nelson Mandela Walkway

To request a space:

If you are staff, faculty, or an external client:

• Submit a request to Event & Space Reservations by completing the Space Reservation Request Form. (external link) 

If you are a current student:

• Submit a request via ExploreTMU.
• Student space requests submitted through ExploreTMU are reviewed by Student Life and Learning Support.
• Instructions for submitting your space request are available on Student Life and Learning Support’s Event Management page.

Additional information:

• Some bookable outdoor spaces may have restrictions regarding the types of events that may be held in these spaces, as well as days of the week and time slots available for events.
