Spiritual Counselling
Spiritual counselling services are designed to provide spiritual care, guidance, and support for anyone facing personal or academic challenges. These services are provided through the Office of the Vice-President, Equity and Community Inclusion (OVPECI).
The Muslim Employee Community Network has arranged for Imam Yasin Dwyer of the Muslim Chaplaincy of Toronto to be available to students, faculty, and staff for spiritual counselling, guest speaking, and consultation with TMU student groups, faculty, and departments. These services are available at no cost for all members of our campus, both Muslim and non-Muslim.
This confidential counselling includes:
- Spiritual care and sustenance
- Academic and career counselling
- Coping with stress and anxiety
- Mitigating relationships
- Dealing with religious doubt and uncertainty
To book an appointment:

- Appointments are 45 minutes, in person or online.
