Academic Support Centre
Academic support including tips, workshops, and peer support, as well as English language support, for undergraduate and graduate students in the Faculty of Community Services.
To book an appointment:

- The centre also accepts walk-ins for peer support appointments, consultations, handouts, and tip sheets.

Faculty of Community Services Society (FCSS) (external link)
A student-led organization that represents and advocates for students within the Faculty of Community Services. It offers services, events, and resources to foster community and enhance the student experience.

The Teri Project
A program that connects students in the Faculty of Community Services with residents of long-term care facilities to build meaningful, intergenerational connections. By successfully completing an upper-year placement with the Teri Project, you can earn a course credit and gain valuable experience in relational care and community services.

FCS Student Awards & Scholarships
FCS offers a variety of awards, scholarships and funding opportunities for undergraduate and graduate students. In addition to individual awards, there is also funding available to support student initiatives and conference participation.

FCS Hangout
FCS x OVPS Hangouts is a monthly event intended to bring together FCS undergraduate students to foster community and connections. These connections can be in the form of peer-to-peer relationships with the support of staff to help students navigate their curricular and co-curricular journey. Every month, FCS Hangout will spotlight unique student services and resources ranging from academic support, financial support, health and wellbeing and more.

TMU Early Learning Centre (ELC)
A centre that provides care for children between the ages of 18 months to five years.
To apply to the ELC:
- Add your information to the waitlist by calling the center to complete a wait list form
