Bridging Legal Systems and Digital Futures
The Justice & Technology Initiative showcases legal scholars, students, and practitioners whose work explores the opportunities and challenges at the intersection of law, technology, and justice. Through interdisciplinary research, education, and advocacy, these individuals critically examine the ethical, legal, and societal implications of emerging technologies and data systems - including issues such as algorithmic bias, data privacy, the regulation of artificial intelligence, and access to justice. By fostering a collaborative community of inquiry and practice, the Initiative is helping to shape a more equitable and accountable legal landscape in an increasingly digital world.
