Every BComm student at the Ted Rogers School of Management has the option of co-op, allowing you to gain real-world paid work experience that will enhance your academic studies.
What's next?
Step 1:
Accept your offer of admission to the Ted Rogers School of Management in the ChooseTMU Applicant Portal (opens in new window) .
Step 2:
In September, meet with your Career Consultant at the Business Career Hub (opens in new window) to start your co-op journey.
Step 3:
Meet all of the academic and non-academic requirements in your first year.
#1. Maintain a CGPA (cumulative grade point average) of 2.8 or 3.0 for the School of Accounting & Finance
#2. Meet with your Career Consultant
#3. Create a student profile on the co-op portal
#4. Upload your resume, cover letter and LinkedIn profile
#5. Complete a video interview

Our employment rates are above industry average. Typically 95% of our co-op students are employed in paid roles every year, with last summer being the exception.
Financial Benefits
All positions are paid, and our students earn an average of $46,000+ over the course of their work terms. Many use this income to reduce their student loans or pay tuition.

Advanced entry into Ted Rogers Co-op now available
We are excited to offer advanced entry to applicants who meet the high school entry academic criteria. Students are guaranteed a spot in the Ted Rogers Co-op program if they:
- maintain their university program eligibility CGPA
- complete their courses in good academic standing
