Mentorship Circles

Mentorship Circles provide an informal, group mentoring model for faculty supporting faculty. Designed to create a network of care for new faculty, this program welcomes the celebration of successes, sharing of challenges, and requests for advice. The mentorship circles embrace a philosophy of symbiotic knowlege sharing, where all participants are interested in learning from each other.

2023 - 2024 Sessions

Mentorship circles are strategically planned at times when new faculty have historically demonstrated a need for support. Due to the emphasis on personal connection, this program is held in person only in The Catalyst.
