If you agree to participate in this study, we will ask you to do the following:
- Read a brief instruction to understand how the experiment works.
- Play a coin toss game.
- Spend 8 minutes getting to know another person (real names will not be used – pseudonyms will be assigned to you and the other player);
- Earn monetary payoffs related to decisions you make;
- Complete a computer-based survey questionnaire.
Note that your interaction will be video recorded and may be shown to other study participants. It will take approximately 20 to 25 minutes for you to complete this study. Your decisions will be kept confidential.
