Nicola is a Bachelor of Business Administration graduate from Simon Fraser University, specializing in Marketing and Management Organizational Studies. With an extensive professional background spanning over fifteen years, Nicola stands out as an accomplished, highly-motivated, and team-focused leader. His wealth of experience encompasses diverse facets of business and marketing, including brand and sponsorship, community and social impact, events and experiential marketing, digital and social media, content creation, integrated marketing strategy, and communications. Nicola has held pivotal positions at global organizations such as TELUS, Scotiabank, and currently, lululemon.
At lululemon, Nicola currently spearheads Impact marketing strategy for North America, orchestrating integrated brand campaigns that bring to life lululemon’s Impact Agenda (across the pillars of Be Well, Be Human and Be Planet) and the brand’s unwavering commitment to Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Action through strategic partnerships, event activations and compelling storytelling. A true advocate for inclusion, Nicola's passion extends beyond his professional pursuits. He currently serves as a Board Director for Urban Ink, a non-profit performing arts organization who uplifts Indigenous and diverse voices through storytelling and performance. He constantly seeks innovative ways to foster collaboration and drive meaningful social change, and is enthusiastic about contributing his expertise in marketing and commitment to making a positive impact to the Ted Rogers School's Advisory Council.
