Francesca Cardarelli is an established leader in the Canadian Food & Beverage industry. As Chief Marketing Officer, she oversees all marketing initiatives for the Canadian market, including brand, menu innovation, media and digital. 

Prior to that, Francesca lead the Strategy & Insights for McDonald’s Restaurants of Canada, where she was responsible for setting strategies of the future & marrying data with insights to advance smarter decision making. She has also led Digital Strategy & Marketing Planning for McDonald’s which included launching their Loyalty program and advancing their personalization strategies.

Francesca's passion for growth extends beyond the business and into people with a focus on talent development & building future marketing leaders across Canada. Francesca brings with her deep CPG & QSR experience from PepsiCo Foods, Starbucks and Jamieson Vitamins. Outside of the office she can be found running, at a yoga class, or underwater scuba diving.
