Candace is a leader, visionary, mentor and true change-agent. At Anomaly, she has worked across pillar clients such as AB InBev, BMW MINI, Nike, BRP, Amazon, Kraft, Hershey, Capital One & Diageo, and has nearly 20 years of cross-category experience working on blue chip brands.

After receiving her Honors B.Comm in Marketing Management & Consumer Studies from the University of Guelph Candace spent years in the UK, Australia and South America doing everything from working with start-ups to sales and experiential marketing. She began her career in advertising at Downtown Partners (DDB), also working at GRIP Limited and Publicis. A humanitarian at heart, Candace co-founded a registered charity called Feet Forward Organization, and within Anomaly's walls, established their partnership with Pencils of Promise, building 3 schools to date.

A self admitted travel and fitness junkie, who is also a wife and mother, Candace grew up on a dairy farm near Montréal and is a bilingual native Québecoise. Outside of Anomaly, Candace remains active in her family business, Rapid Bay, an internationally renowned livestock, genetics and export company. The latest venture is Fullblood Japanese Wagyu, focusing on and advocating for premium, ethically raised beef.
