Ragu Anantharajah

Ragu is a partner at Wildeboer Dellelce LLP, one of Canada’s premier corporate, securities and business transaction law firms. Ragu practises in the areas of corporate and commercial and securities law, with a particular emphasis in  mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance matters. He has acted for both issuer and underwriter clients in connection with a variety of matters including public offerings and private placements of equity and debt, and mergers and acquisitions of public and private entities.

Prior to completing his law degree at Osgoode Hall, Ragu earned an MBA with a specialization in Finance at McMaster University. While completing his MBA, Ragu completed co-op work placements with a multinational technology company and a pharmaceutical company, as well as with the capital markets fraud investigation and enforcement unit of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP).
