Colin Rogers is a distinguished privacy and confidentiality leader with over 13 years of experience at Deloitte, where he currently serves as Partner and Chief Privacy & Confidentiality Officer. In this role, Colin leads Deloitte’s Privacy and Confidentiality, AI Risk Management, Data Governance, and Information & Records Management programs. His vision focuses on leveraging data as a business enabler, with trust as the foundational element across all areas of responsibility.

Colin graduated from the Law and Business Program at Toronto Metropolitan University in 2011 and played a central role in the creation of the Law and Business Students Association, serving as its president in 2010-2011. During his time at TMU, Colin held positions as a Teaching Assistant for Advanced Business Law and a Research Associate for the Privacy and Cyber Crime Institute. His research contributed to projects funded by the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, focusing on privacy implications in various sectors.

In addition to his role at Deloitte, Colin serves on the advisory board of the Canadian Council for Chief Privacy Officers with the Conference Board of Canada. In his spare time, he is passionate about cooking and enjoys spending quality time with his family.
