Ainsley Spry is a strategic thinker, performance consultant, and human-centred designer with more than 15 years of experience helping organizations and individuals learn, adapt, and grow. She combines strategic foresight, design thinking, and learning innovation to solve complex business challenges and create meaningful learning and performance experiences.

As a Senior Consultant at Benchmark Performance, Ainsley works with organizations across financial services, transportation, telecommunications, and engineering to help people and teams perform at their best.

Ainsley holds a Master of Design in Strategic Foresight and Innovation from OCAD University. A lifelong learner, she is passionate about bringing people together, challenging conventional thinking, and exploring new approaches to complex challenges.

Having benefited from experiential learning throughout her own education, Ainsley is committed to supporting the next generation of thinkers, innovators, and leaders. Through her involvement with the Ted Rogers School of Management, she hopes to connect academic learning with real-world business challenges and help students build the confidence and skills to thrive in an ever-changing world.
