Official grades and standings will be available on MyServiceHub on Tuesday, May 5, 2026. If you have grades that are missing or that you'd like to appeal, please reach out to your Program Advisor as soon as possible, and no later than Tuesday, May 19, 2026.

This will be sent to your TMU email address. Along with this confirmation, you’ll receive an invitation to the convocation ceremonies and information about the award documents.

Get Yourself Ready for the Fall Term

Course Intentions

Participation in course intentions is mandatory for all undergraduate students in full-time programs returning to their studies in the 2026-2027 academic year. You must select your course intentions to be assigned a priority course enrolment appointment in August.

The upcoming course intention adjustment period is Wednesday, May 6, 2026 at 6 a.m. to Friday, May 8, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. and is your final opportunity to adjust and select your intentions for the upcoming fall term.

Program Withdrawals

If your plans change after participating in course intentions and you don’t plan to study for the fall 2026 and/or winter 2027 terms, you must submit a short-term or permanent withdrawal. This ensures that you’re not scheduled into courses and don’t incur fees. Please consult with your Program Advisor to determine the best option for your situation.

Apply for OSAP

Spring/Summer OSAP applications are now open for students enrolling in spring/summer term courses. Apply before the spring/summer OSAP deadline. Note that Chang School course fees are due at the time of enrolment. Funding will be released after the start of classes.

OSAP applications for the 2026-2027 academic year are expected to open in June. Once available, apply and submit any required documents listed in your OSAP portal as early as possible. We recommend applying by early July, as processing may take 3-6 weeks.

For updates, visit the OSAP: Ontario Student Assistance Program (external link)  website. For deadline dates, visit the OSAP Important Dates and Deadlines at TMU page. Updated 2026-2027 deadlines will be available between May and July; please check back.

We’re Here to Support You!

As a reminder, the ServiceHub remains open throughout the spring/summer term and is available to assist you in-person or virtually. Have an enjoyable summer — we look forward to seeing you in the fall!
