Overview

Shereen is a Lecturer at the Ted Rogers School of Retail Management and a double alumna of TMU with an Industrial Engineering background.  She brings more than 18 years of leadership across iconic Canadian retailers and a wide range of advisory engagements. Her professional portfolio spans strategy formulation, predictive risk and decision modelling, operations, supply chain optimization, and the deployment of emerging technologies. Shereen’s current work centres on how Artificial Intelligence can accelerate enterprise growth.

Shereen’s research focuses on predictive risk models that sharpen decision‑making, which has been featured at international engineering conferences and in peer‑reviewed publications.
