Annual Parking Permits

Simplify your daily commute! With an annual parking permit, you'll enjoy year-round access to an exclusive parking spot on campus. Whether you're arriving early, staying late, or visiting campus throughout the week, you'll always have a reliable place to park.

Applications for 2026-2027 annual parking permits will open at 9:30 a.m on August 10, 2026.

Eligibility checklist

Eligibility 

To be eligible for a parking permit, you must be employed by TMU. Payment for annual permits will only be processed by way of payroll deductions.

Parking permits are limited and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Duration 

Annual parking permits are valid for a 12-month period and grant you unlimited in-and-out parking privileges for the duration of your permit:

  • Start date: September 1, 2026
  • End date: August 31, 2027

Annual parking permits will need to be renewed on an annual basis, and do not automatically renew on the end date.

Parking entrance for the Victoria Street garage.

300 Victoria St. (above-ground parking)

  • Annual permit price: $225/month for 12 months (includes HST)
  • Parking permit decal: Not required
Parking entrance from Church Street side - DCC parking garage.

288 Church St. (underground parking)

  • Annual permit permit price: $265/month (includes HST)
  • Parking permit decal: Not required
Parking garage entrance at 160 Mutual Street.

160 Mutual St. (underground parking)

  • Annual permit price: $225/month for 12 months (includes HST)
  • Parking permit decal: Not required

Parking permit application process 

Applications for 2026-2027 annual parking permits will open at 9:30 a.m on August 10, 2026.

Please note the online permit application portal is unavailable daily between 12 a.m. to 1:15 a.m. for maintenance.

Once you submit the application above, you will receive an email to your TMU email account from tmuparking@torontomu.ca confirming receipt.

Parking services will review applications and send a final confirmation that your application has been accepted or permits have been sold out. This email will include the following:

  • Your parking location
  • Your permit fee
  • Your payroll deduction start date
  • Your permit effective date

You will gain OneCard access to your assigned parking location on your permit effective date.
