A free, online course where you can learn the basics of retirement planning and how to support your financial health and wellbeing, at any age.

A not-for-profit federation of retiree organizations at colleges and universities across Canada.

Employee & Family Assistance Program (EFAP)

Available for active employees the EFAP can provide assistance with financial questions, legal advice on estate planning and retirement planning in general.

Monthly Pension & Benefits drop in sessions

On the first Tuesday of every month, join a one hour session dedicated to pension & benefit information.  Topics include:

  • understanding the TMU pension plan; 
  • how to select a post retirement benefit plan, 
  • how to access information about benefit coverage. 

It’s an informal opportunity to learn more and ask questions and also a chance to learn from others that are considering retirement or just starting to put their financial plan in place.
