Mid-Year Break Closure
Toronto Metropolitan University closes for the Mid-Year Break on Friday, December 19, 2025 at 4:30 p.m. and will reopen on Monday, January 5, 2026. Our services will be unavailable during the break.
Winter term classes begin the week of January 5, 2026, as follows:
- Monday, January 5, 2026: Engineering and Architectural Science classes
- Friday, January 9, 2026: All other undergraduate program classes

- ChooseTMU: If you’re an undergraduate applicant check ChooseTMU often for updates and official communications from the university.
- MyServiceHub: Use MyServiceHub to view your fees, request letters and transcripts, and manage your academics and personal information.
- D2L Brightspace (opens in new window) : Students can access course materials and communications. Visit Courses @ Toronto Metropolitan University for D2L support.
- OSAP Portal (external link, opens in new window) : Students can apply for OSAP and check the status of their application, upload documents, and receive important communications.
- NSLSC Portal (external link, opens in new window) : Monitor and manage your OSAP and out-of-province loans and repayment, participate in financial literacy education modules, and submit your MSFAA (Master Student Financial Assistance Agreement).
