Nazia Khan Lina is a Research Associate at RMMRU, where she is involved in the MEMO Project and contributes to research on migration, climate change, human mobility, and adaptation. She holds an MS in Geography and Environment from Jagannath University and has four years of research experience in migration, environmental change, gender, and community resilience. Prior to joining RMMRU, she collaborated with organizations including NARIPOKKHO, CCSE, and AFSC. Her scholarly contributions include a co-authored book chapter titled “Tropical Cyclones and the Mobility of Older Persons: Insights from Coastal Bangladesh” (Springer, 2024) and a peer-reviewed journal article on immobility and adaptation among older adults published in Migration and Development (2024). In 2024, she participated in the Regional Dialogue Exchange Conference in South Africa, contributing to discussions on border governance and human mobility.
