In recent years, she has honed her expertise in AI & Machine Learning, focusing on Generative AI models. Tashuka drives digital transformations through strategic solutions on how financial institutions can leverage AI & ML-driven tools for optimization and automation.

Outside of work, she is actively involved in shaping the AI landscape by serving on the Board of Advisors for Artificial Intelligence, an AI-focused hub. Moreover, she plays a pivotal role in fostering Business Growth and Corporate Partnerships across Canada for MondayGirl, a private members club, tailored for women in professional industries to serve as a nexus for networking and career development.
